Horrible experience with Vodacom

I paid my outstanding amount to Vodacom on the 20th of November 2019. I was shocked to learn that my account shows as in arrears still on both Transunion and Compuscan. I contacted the Vodacom Customer Care and I was told my account is not in arrears yet my credit records show otherwise. There is a bad practice amongst creditors where they rush to list consumers as bad payers and drag their feet to update payment records when consumers pay. Please kindly fix this situation as it is negatively affecting my credit profile.

I have tried to make contact with your subscriber collections this morning. My calls are diverted to Consumer Care because my line is in arrears. I had to deal with a very rude Consumer Care agent who insists on resolving my matter after I told her I need to speak to Subscriber Collections. This whole experience is unnecessarily painful. I should not be frustrated like this 20 days after paying my account. This is unnecessary
