Horrible experience with Vodacom Consultant

A consultant from 27 Centurion Vodacom For You, Pretoria North called me being utterly rude. He advised that there was a Gloria Mthiyane who wanted to do a sim swap using my number. I told him that, I had used the number for more than 10 years. One of the security questions he asked me was about the last time I had purchase airtime, I hardly buy airtime. I didn't have an answer to that question. He then said to me that he can't help me, he will proceed with the Sim swap.

I need for you as Vodacom to stop this action. I don't know who Gloria Mthiyane is, this is obviously *****. The name of the consultant is Brian Mhlongo. He was not helpful at all. He was very rude. I have used my number for years. Brian Mhlongo needs to be stopped in going ahead with processing a Sim swap for Gloria Mthiyane.
