Horrible experience with Vodacom

I Naphtaly Mathale I had a terrible and a horrible experience with Vodacom.. I had an iPhone xr which It was on contract for 36months plus it was insured. Then it happens that on the 4th of April 2023 I lost the phone in a taxi whereby I had it my router, I had inserted the Sim card in my pocket router. I called vodacom that I lost the phone then they blacklisted it and I even went to police station to do an affidavit. Then called the vodacom insurance company and all they can help me was they can't help me because the Sim card was not detected in the phone.. I am not happy with the service of vodacom please help me
