Horrible experience at Vodacom
I had the most horrible experience ever!!! The customer services were always appalling. I've been **** to by most advisors. I've cancelled off my account in August and I was told my last invoice will be in September however they still continued to happily debit my account. Vodacom is the worst mobile service provider ever! Not forgetting the rude agents who don't even know what they are doing in the first place
