Horrible Experience

<p> </p> <p>Good day</p> <p> </p> <p>I am due for upgrade on my Vodacom contract.</p> <p> </p> <p>After weeks of research and consideration I decided on an Apple SE on a Smart M contract.</p> <p> </p> <p>Yesterday, I went to the Vodacom shop in Kolonnade and asked the salesman for exactly that: An Apple SE on Smart M.</p> <p> </p> <p>Immediately the salesman started to ferociously talk me out of it. He called Apple **** and only suitable for a certain “image”. He then started to tell me how wonderful LG is etc. etc. etc.</p> <p> </p> <p>I thanked him for his time and left with nothing.</p> <p> </p> <p>A cell phone is a long term decision, one I don't take lightly. I am so upset right now! This was the most horrible customer experience I have ever had!</p> <p> </p> <p>Who give Vodacom salesmen the right to force their opinion onto customers!!?? According to the salesman, he has convinced lots of customers to go for LG instead of Apple. This is completely unacceptable!! Apple should sue Vodacom for billions!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>I will NOT renew my contract! I will patiently wait till the 24 months is over and then move to a different network. This after more than a decade of being a loyal customer.</p> <p> </p> <p>Apple might be ****, but it’s not close to what I think of Vodacom!
