Horrible Customer Service. Happy to help with new contracts but not with current issues like we not paying!!!!

<p>I had a bad experience with Vodacom Clearwater yesterday. I came in to get my phone after it had gone for repairs but my screen protector was missing. I was told to wait for the Manager (Ali) so he can assist with my issue which he was not very helpful. and told me stories I was not interested in. My phone went in for repairs but came back and my screen protector was gone which I was not notified of and had to spend R200 on a new one ontop of that my phone was not fixed. It still has the same issue. The phone was gone for a week, what were they fixing? Disgusting service and no one is bothering to reply to my email.</p>
