Horrible Customer Service

I have been a Vodacom customer for many years, I dont even remember how many. With multiple contracts. That sad part is the nearest store to me is the Tablebay Vodashop. The service in the store is horrible.

I have been there twice, and both times encountered staff with horrible attitude. Last night one of the consultants screamed at me, and that is where I draw the line. Never in my life have been so humiliated. Do something about your staff please!!!
