horrible customer service

I've been having upgrade issues at the Vodacom store in the v&a waterfront. I was due for an upgrade last year December right, but I was told I can do it in October. Went into the store and was told by a gentleman named Warren that due to a new system migration they cant help me because they had no knowledge of this new system. The I escalated it to the assistant manager by the name of Christopher Wilke, who seem to be having issues with helping, I had to call the account department numerous times to get the status of my account changed. Firstly Vodacom cancelled my debit order without any consent, then in March decides to cancel my contract and block my number. I haven't missed a payment at all, then the 1st of July debits a R550 from my account for I don't know what reason, I then went to Christopher and he seems too clueless.

Now my last visit this morning Christopher seemed to busy to help me and passes me over to a lady by the name of Minesh, who apparently sent an email yesterday to whoever deals with finance whom also didn't follow up yesterday, so I'm standing in front of her, and this girl has no customer service and instead asks "don't you have other things to do today"? How in heavens name is this her business? I phoned Chris yesterday stating ill be there at 9am this morning and I was, so why couldn't they have their ducks in a row to deal with my situation?

So now I cant upgrade due to Vodacom staff and have no finance either, I am a paying customer, I deserve the respect from them and have them do what they get paid for.

I am extremely upset for the inconvenience that Vodacom has caused me. I would love for the situation to be dealt with today preferably because I am using a broken phone.
