HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

HORRIBLE service. Impossible to close a contract with them. Quick to issue contracts but not complete it. 24 months complete then they deceive you and avoid you when you try to switch to prepaid. They now say my ID number is incorrect on the system and thats why they cannot issue a change to prepaid. If my ID number was incorrect then how on earth was the contract issued? Then they say my email address is not updated even though I receive my monthly statements by email!!!! Then they secretly loaded a recurring bundle when I CLEARLY said I do not want any promotional products and only want to close my contract. Now they still do not want to close my contract. BEWARE!!!
