Horrible customer service

Customer service is a nightmare Can't even email support because they redirect you to their bot who keeps telling me all consultants are busy, I tried for hours and when u finally get through, they are no help at all. 4 days just to confirm an order on top of another 3-5 days to deliver the order is absurd and they still get all of my details wrong!
