Horrible customer service

This is far by most the worst customer service I have ever received from this company. I have been calling about one query for the past 2 weeks. They keep telling me they will resolve it and I am still waiting even today. When I try and call them they keep putting me through to the Tobi thing. I am very much frustrated as it is. This mistake I am querying was created by one of the staff members from vodacom. I need it resolved turn around time is way overdue. I spoke to 5 consultants. Kgothatso.palesa.Sylvia and I forgot the other two. Please do contact me asap.
