Horrible Customer Service

I have been struggling with Vodacom to refund me for a router that they sent to someone else whilst charging me for 9 months. This ***** case has been going on for over 5 Months. Their service is pathetic and they are full of empty promises. They cannot even resolve something so small. I would advise no one to make use of them.

The first line of support is trying their best but the people that’s supposed to get the jobs done doesn’t do anything. The agents that claim they are in higher positions always refers you to someone else and it ends up in dead ends. NOTHING GETS DONE!!
