horrible customer care

vodacom's ****ing desperate consultants behind the desks have given me empty promises when i demanded my data contract to be cancelled as i never wanted to continue with VODACOM because my contract has ended. they are all ruthless and don't care if wether i would still afford to pay the monthly bill or not. Vodacom data is expensive. minutes are expensive i have ****** for the past four years in this contract. **** vodacom. how many times have i contacted their customer care demanding them to terminate the contract and switch me to prepaid. none of those consultants have done nothing about it.....**** them all
