Horrible customer care
<p>Vodacom has the worst contact centre customer care ever! I honestly don't know why I bother calling them because none of my queries are ever resolved and the agents have no way of speaking to customers. Utter nonsense! I've had an on going issue with my data since January and it still hasn't been resolved! Thinking of switching networks, I've had enough!!</p>
