Horrible Business service
Vodacom has a lead time of 14 working days to resolve business queries. It has been 21 working days with no resolution in site. We need our lines to work as it should, our calls keep cutting off or we cannot hear our clients. This is frustrating as we are losing business. I have maintained continuous contact with the service centre and through your online portal. Our problem still continues with no interest on Vodacom's side to resolve.

As per my email to you this morning....Our problem has still not been resolved.
Mosala has decided, with no on-site technician's advice, that we require a radio antenna, which we have to bare the cost off. This was never mentioned when we intially signed the contract.
As stated before multiple times, no technician came to our premises to ensure everything was installed correctly nor test the signal reception, when we received the router.
Now he is on leave, so the my questions remain unanswered and problem unresolved just like before when my query was assigned to a Technician who was on maternity leave...
So where too from here?

Does Vodacom want to resolve this issue or would they like to terminate our contract as they cannot deliver the service which we are paying for.
Either way a resolution will be attained and we can obtain a Service Provider who can DELIVER on their contract obligations.
Once again we await your response !
