Horrible, appalling and pathetic fibre connection services
Vodacom's service is pathetic. I reported that fibre connection is not working since 11 January 2022. I even went to their vodacom shop in Fourways mall as I was getting response except that every day when I follow up, I will be told that the technician will assigned.
