********** Vodacom’s vodamail😡

Vodacom has changed their email system and even their employees don’t know how it works. To top it all they are charging us for their incompetence. I logged a query which was closed WITHOUT a resolution even though I was promised their back office will get back to me in 48 hours. When I did a follow up almost 10 days later I was told sorry it was closed and they don’t know why. After another promise to come back to me, it got worse, the dysfunctional mail system moved from 34% to 100% full. I’m still waiting for their call 48 hours later. More than 10 days now😡😡. You delete emails and they automatically come back. I did that numerous times. I am missing very important emails, I can’t send any emails and Vodacom doesn’t care a hoot.
