********** Vodacom Customer Service
I am very unhappy with all the customer support Vodacom provides. In the past few weeks I have been trying to resolve an issue to no avail with multiple very very bad experiences with the customer call service. I have had multiple call center personnel answer my calls to only end the call immediately. I have also had multiple promises that I will be called back which never happens. My issues are still unresolved and if not fixed within the next few days I will be moving to a new service provider.

12 Oct 2021, 17:01It look like the support team of Vodacom is not committed to keep me as a customer. I will be moving service providers as of next month. You will not receive a single recommendation from me to anyone because of something basic you could have sorted out in the matter of minutes.
