********** service from these guys...they will gladly sign you up but their back up and complaints resolution or problem solving is beyond comprehension. It's quite clear customer service means nothing.......before you sign up for fibre contract with these guys, make sure you making the correct decision...don't be caught like me whereby you do all the calling and follow ups and they have no clue what is happening or where you at in "their system"....Thank goodness I haven't signed up on added products with Vodacom like cell contracts etc!
