********** service and unfulfilled promises...you are so useless.

So I logged a complaint last week and to date it is still not resolved, and to top it up, I still have not been contacted as promised. The lady that called me after logging the complaint promised to call me at 15:45pm the same day as she needed a ref no. from me. For some reason she decided to call me the next day. I particularly gave time to be called because I knew my schedule would not allow me to take calls at any other time except the time I provided. Then the Fourways shop also promised to call me and give me an update on my device, and I am still waiting for that call since last week as well. Your service is so pathetic, you deserve an Oscar for incompetency. Kindly keep your device and cancel the damn contract, I will take my business elsewhere. You also reap people off because the same iPhone that I am paying R299 for, my colleague is paying R220 with extra benefits as me...I wonder how will you justify that one. I want to be contacted by a supervisor or manager...not a consultant because she failed to call me when given an opportunity to do that.
