********** new contract sign-up attempt

I spent three hours on the phone to your incompotent team to sign for a new contract. At the end of the day, I was told they were going home and that I must phone again on Saturday. On Saturday I was told they cannot help me as they cannot find the deal on their list that appears online. Despite requesting numerous times to speak to a Customer Service Manager (irony at its best), I was declined. I have spoken to Mary, Dino and Yolanda. To date, I've yet to receive a satisfactory response.

Nothing received. To which email did you send it to?

Dane Larson (of Vodacom): Your email is pathetic and doesn't deal with the actual issue. As per my response, why dont you pick up the phone and talk to me instead of sending an email in which you clearly do not understand the email and, seemingly, have no desire to resolve?
Thanks.

Still no telephone call. Still no interest in resolving the issue. Still Dane and Vodacom remain *********** at dealing with clients. Why must everything be made public before you actually deliver the basic service to customers?
