********** Experience with Contract Cancellation
Good day
I would like to know whom can assist me with this issue where ***** was committed on my Bank Account from the end of May 2016 where I have paid up in full both my contracts and still there was money deducted from my account. I have spoken to customer care numerous times where I lodged the complaint where I received only a reference number every time and nothing was ever done about the problem, every time I phoned they couldn't trace the numbers and then I just received a new reference number again and again. More than R7000 was deducted from May2016 till early in this year from my bank account where I got fed up of not having anything resolved and I cancelled and blocked your debit orders at my bank where I also wrote a statement at the bank. Every time I send prove to the retention cancellations department I don't get any response, even from the ***** division all my emails was never answered. Today on the 6th November 2017 I received a letter in the post dated 18th October 2017 from the Collections Manager that I owe Vodacom R1382.36 for the same contract I cancelled with Vodacom due to my 2 numbers that was ported to CellC. I can get at a personal level if I need to but I am not going to. All I can say through my ********** Experience is that your house is not in order, meaning that someone in your departments is not doing their work. So I would appreciate it if you can tell me when I will receive my money back into my bank account , where I owe Vodacom nothing as far as my proof of payment towards the retention cancellation department on those contracts is concerned. I was a customer of Vodacom from 2007 and Through my ********** Experience with Vodacom the past few years was it that what ultimately drove me to switch over to CellC. I would appreciate it if the CEO can look as well into this and into the people that was involved on my accounts, you can contact me and I can send all the documents as needed.
Regards
