********** Customer Service from Vodacom

I had terrible customer service from Vodacom last week Wednesday (the 9th) morning!

I called because I hadn’t received my December invoice and I also wanted to confirm some information on my account

I was assisted by a rather unhappy and unprofessional lady by the name Nombuso Mabaso, I’ve NEVER experienced such ********** treatment from ANY customer service!

I’d like for Vodacom to listen to the phone call recording from that morning and tell me if that’s their standard of customer service
