Horrable Service

I moved over from my moms name at Vodacom on the 23 of October 2016 to my own name, no payment went off my account for November it may have still went of hers. When the 1st of December came there was still n debit order so I phoned Vodacom accounts to find out what the problem was and they said the account was paid, I went to check my bank statments and no payment was made on the 2nd of December I phoned back and again they said the payment was made, I told the person that it is not paid and confirmed my bank details again he said it was paid, so I left it there. 5 days later I received an sms from Vodacom stating that I owe them money, I phoned again and they said that the debit order came back and they are now charging me R100 more for this that I revuse to pay. I paid them cash in December not the outstading R100, and when I went to pay I saw the account was over R1000 so I phoned again and the person said that it is for the month to come. I send Vodacom an email with 2 months bank statments to proof that there was money in my account for the debit order to go off and that there was no debit oder returned and asked them to remove the R100 from my account as it was nt my fault it came back and to remove my bank details so I can pay them cash. Vodacom told me to phone my bank and ask them why they send my debit order back and they said there was never a debit order loaded on my account from Vodacom.

On the 3rde of Febuary my phone was soft locked so I paid the instalment for the month not the R100 that turned in to R200.00 this afternoon I got a sms about the outstanding amount. I phoned again asking them to please send me a proof that my bank send the debit order back but the only proof they have is a Acoount statment proving nothing!!! So the lady told me as well that the R1000 was for November and December and somehow it was paid because it is off my account, so I asked her to please get the recording for that prevoice phone call but that was to much to ask.

This is terrable service how can you ask for something but you dont have any proof and cant provide me with any documents so that this problem can be resolved!!

The amounts that you put on and off the account cant be explained.

How do you provide such service and expext someone to pay?????
