Hopeless Customer care

During December 2016 I cancelled one of my Vodacom Contracts, I received confirmation from the call centre operator that he cancelled the contact. The 2 year term of that contact was then over. One of the overqualified persons at Vodacom cancelled one of my current ongoing contracts, I am billed for a prematured cancellation for the amount of R854.92. What is wrong with this people??? Don't they train their people, or can't they simply not read, hear or listen??? I took this matter up today with Vodacom, according to them I must ask my bank to phone them, because they cannot rectify their mistake today it is going to take them 48 hrs to rectify their bad, hopeless, incompetant wor****!!!!

Alteno contacted me, he is attending to this problem, which will be corrected on 1 March 2017. To be very honest I can see that this guy is really trying to sort out this problem. I found it amazing that 1 person is speaking utterly nonsense and 1 person is trying to help. It is anyways the 1st time in my life that I hear that I must go to my bank and ask them to phone Vodacom to rectify Vodacom's mistake as I was told by Licka yesterday. I honestly believe that Vodacom do not give their personel any training at all.
