Hopeless Call Centre service 16 April 2016
Shocking service is all that has been received from Vodacom today after speaking to no less than 4 call centre agents and still the problem with regards to how their computer system displays my postal address on email invoices exists- it should display the suburb of Cresta and then the City of Johannesburg 2118 but Vodacom's invoice statements put the City before the suburb OR place the City and Suburb on 1 line which is incorrect - the system should store it, email it and print it as per the following generic format:

Suburb
City
Postal code

The 4 Vodacom call centre agents spoken to (they did not even check and verify what they sent me on email) and the problem was repeated no less then 4 times!?!?!
1) Abram
2) Nokubonga
3) Lesego
4) lesego's supervisor Bongi - a reference number S3-GS02X-X1925 (turnaround 48 hours) was issued.

I have spent no less than 2 hours today 16 April 2016 on the phone to 111.... and they all argued with me on how MY postal address should be captured....

Why don't the agents check the paperwork before sending the paperwork in electronic format to a customer???

Hope to hear from you on when the computer system and printing / emailing will be corrected
