Hope at long last at vodacom

This isnt for the whole of vodacom. This post is to say thank you to 1 person I have been from pillar to post with vodacom I lost income I almost missed exams and among the already stressful journey of completing my LLB I found myself battling heavy with wifi. No one could assist I am so so glad I somehow found myself calling and speaking to a gentleman Ntokozo Sibangela... I huge thank you. You are the reason I stayed with vodacom asmuch as I wanted to move. You give us hope in a place where customer care lacks you bring about cer*****y and show you carry. You stayed 2 hours after your shift to ensure that I recieve connectivity for my exam tomorrow. Thank you so so so much. Vodacom need more people like you
