On 2023/12/06 I received a call from Vosacom sales rep/ consultant as I wanted home router, she sold 400GB for R399.00 P/M and I accepted that and she said I I'll receive my home router within 7 working day and she asked me to confirm my delivery address and I did as request, up to date I have received my home router and I don't know what may be the problem because even a week later I was asked by 2 ladies from vodacom to confirm my delivery address but there was nothing delivered to me. My name is Nasiphi Olona Gxumisa ID number ***. I received an email with vodacom ref number K*** explaining to me that the parcel will be delivered to my address.
