Home Internet not working.

So I got my self a home WiFi internet. They had a special for black Friday. This was the biggest mistake I made.The home internet is not working. During the day it just stop working. Meanimg during the day the is no service. It only start working at night after 22h00pm.and stop workimg again at 08h00 in the morning. Have been calling the shop. And also the call center. Call center say they are having a problem with the Home internet. I have had it for less than 10 days. Just want to cancel this. Can't be having internet and just look at it. PLEASE HELP WITH THIS.. I have a data sim from Vodacom and it working with no problem. So I don't know what wrong with this Home internet.
