Home Fibre Service HORRIBLE.
Worse experience with Vodacom home fibre. It’s almost 2 months and Vodacom is not working on my query. They keep on closing my tickets without my knowledge. I literally have to call them everyday but they not fixing my fibre. The install was done horribly from the open cable is exposed and it’s next to the door and I have kids. We can barely do anything with the current fibre worse I buy data daily yet Im paying Vodacom. SR*** And SR*** . I’m so disappointed on the service I’m getting from Vodacom.

04 Nov 2021, 13:58I see my query has been closed but issue was no resolved. This is the second time this has been done to me. Worse service ever. Please can I be allocated the correct technician. Or please refund me for the past 2 months costs and allow me to cancel the contract. I can’t deal with you guys anymore.
