Holding for 30minutes still not helped

I took the SIM card out of my my cellphone. For some reason I do not understand Vodafone Protect kicked me out of the device. it locked my device, when I called the call centre, they make me hold for help! For more than 30 minutes still not helped!!!! I am disappointed in your sub standard service!!!
