Hoax\Click Bait - Vodacom Black Friday Contract Deal

On Friday the 24/11/2017 at 00:30 I app**** for the Black Friday Special contract consisting of a Huawei P10 lite + a Huawei P9 lite @ R279.00 pm for 24 months, after completing the online application there were still 173 packages available. I then received an email @ 00:39 from Vodacom confirming my request an that a call center agent would contact me within 24 hours to complete the new deal request.

After 24 hours I received no contact from Vodacom, I then called the number listed on the email and was informed to send an email to ********** to query of the status of the application. I received no feedback.

On Monday (27/11/2017) I then called the call center again and one of the consultants said that they could process the application and informed me that there devices were only available in black, I said that is fine and the consultant then requested my personal documentation to process the order.

On Tuesday (28/11/2017) I then receive an email from vadmin@likeminds informing me that the option was obsolete and therefore could not receive the contract.

On Wednesday (29/11/2017) I then received a call from the call center agent whom I sent my documents to saying that Vodacom cannot process my request as my ITC score is low, as per their records my limit is only R350.00 and I cannot get the contract because of the limit, but the contract value of R279.00 is lower then my limit of R350.00.

These are all poor excuses by Vodacom for not wanting to honor their Black Friday Special.

Vodacom you are about to lose a long standing customer.
