HOAX DEALS ON PACKAGES

In Feb2021 I took out a contract which included a 32inch Samsung TV. After registering for the deal twice I received a mail confirmig that I will receive the shipping number this is now 6 to 8 mails later and I still have not received it and even though it was a Vodacom package deal they claim it has nothing to do with them I need to speak to Samsung whom is now sending me no reply mails that my mails are failing where they responded to previously. Do not take deals with appliances its just a way to get you to take a bigger more expensive package and then probably somebody at either Vodacom or Samsung gets the TV. After I have been a loyal customer for more than 25years.
