Hloni Mampofu..What an Asset Vodacom has!!!

My review doesn't really have to do with Vodacom but an employee of theirs who when I had a dilemma assisted me. I got cut off twice and she called me back and even after helping me she called to find out if my data issues were fixed. Her name is Hloni Mampofu and I just want to give her a five star rating for her patience, her passion in client services and overall effectiveness. If vodacom recommendations were based on this alone, I would gladly recommend it. Sadly I still believe the company are bullies and am still not renewing my contracts when their terms end. Well done lady, may you extend the same service to other clients.
