hijacking of line

In May this year, my husbands vodacome bill amounted to over R6000. Normally its about R1000. There was a data charge of over R5000. The full amount was taken off our credit card at month end. We queried this and after some time was told that the line had been hijacked and they would need an affidavite from the police as well as ID copy and vodacom statement. This was all sent through to David Sentle who has now called to say this must go through to a different department he is no longer dealing with it. We sitting with less money while Vodacom pushes us around from pillar to post?
