Highly Unprofessional Customer Service

Went to Vodacom Shop Cape Quarter on Riebeek Street Cape Town. 3 \Consultants\" on the desk. 2 Customers being helped. I waited 27 minutes and no one acknowledge my being there at the desk. Not a nod. After 27 minutes I asked if there was anyone to help me. No one responded or looked up, nothing. They were busy discussing the customers to the left wealth (while customer walked away from the desk). Customer to the right said \"well there's your answer\". Unprofessional. Never discuss your customers. Acknowledge every person that enters the store immediately. Left the store not impressed. Not helped. Bad image. Not referring anyone to this branch. Stay away."
