Highly Frustrated

I would like to share my terrible and frustrating experience with Vodacom. Over a year ago cellphone contracts were taken on my name *****ently which i found out via a debit order that was taken from my personal bank account on the 18 May 2016. oOn finding this debit order i immediately proceeded to my bank to have it stopped and then went to the nearest Vodacom store to find out what was going on. I was advised that two cellphone contracts were taken out on my name with all my personal details, and i was advised to send a copy of my Id, and affidavidit with three specimen signatures for investigations. I am utterly disappointed and frustrated that since sending through three copies of these required documentation to prove my innocence nothing has been done to date. I have wasted so much airtime calling Vodacom and they keep giving me the run around. None of Vodacoms staff seem to know who are the right people that can assist me with this case. I am now blacklisted because of Vodacoms incompetencies to assist me to resolve this ***** that has been created on my name. This is now preventing me from purchasing my dream home and it is becoming more and more frustraing everyday knowing that a major retailer like Vodacom cannot resolve this matter and they do not have the original documents that were used to open this account. I would appreciate if atleast one hardworking staff of Vodacom would be able to give me some feedback with regards to this matter as it has now put a hold on my future plans. If nothing gets done then its sad that i will have to resort to obtaining a lawyer and take Vodacom to the paper.

Good day, Thank you for your acknowledgement of my complaint, however I am still very frustrated and upset that no one from Vodacom has contacted to advise me on the progress of my investigation. I was contacted from an attorney who was handling my account as it was handed over to them for non payment. The attorney did advise me that according to Vodacom this account was opened **********ly on my name, however Vodacom themseleves have not contacted. As i stated in my initial complaint this negligence and incompetencies are holding me back from purchasing my dream home and I also cannot purchase anything on my name as this ********** account reflects negatively on my name. I need to know from Vodacom how long will it take to clear my name so I can proceed with life. I would highly appreciate if Vodacom would contact and advise me what is going on. Not knowing is adding to my anger and fruatration towards Vodacom as i cannot do the things i want to. I don't want to take this matter to a lawyer but if I do not receive any feedback from Vodacom immediately then I will take this matter to my lawyer and to the paper.
