Highly disappointing service

I have reported and complained, complained and reported this poor network problem that we have here in Kagiso over and over again but it seems like it is not taken seriously or Vodacom just doesn't care about us the customers here in Kagiso. I have been a Vodacom customer for 20 years now and I am highly disappointed that Vodacom has such little value for me and many other loyal customers. The network here is poor, each time I report or complain they send someone who just comes here and pushes a switch up and leave and then claim to have repaired the 🗼. I even contacted my employer IT department to find out whether the problem is with the company server or with Vodacom and he said the 🗼 that you are connected to is the one with a problem. This network is poor whether there's loadshedding or not. This should tell Vodacom that a serious repairing needs to happen on the 🗼.
