Highly Disappointed with Vodacom - not approved because of No credit record

<p> Highly disappointed in Vodacom.</p> <p>I have no credit record. I app**** for a contract with the sales rep being very positive about my application which has been approved but not for the package I want. He was sure there would be no problem. They sent it for review and let me know today the application cannot be approved for this package.</p> <p>I asked if my dad can sign security (who is a 20 year vodacom customer), the answer was "No, it is only for people who are jobless." This is absurd !</p> <p>Telkom approved my application for the same package. I am a loyal Vodacom Customer who wishes to stay with them ... and find it terrible that I am forced to go to another service provider for no reason.</p>
