Highly disappointed with Vodacom

I'm not happy with Vodacom they debit money we never agreed on the contrac and now they say I owe them. When I go to Vodacom branches they say I must call customer care but still I don't get any help. I'm highly disappointed and I will never recommend Vodacom to anyone.

I've still got the same problem it haven't been fixed up until now. My data has been cutted off and the customer service is poor.
