High tarrifs and bad service.

Good day. I would like to bring to light how expensive it is to be on the vodacom network. I am on a top up contract and when I buy prepaid airtime. I always have to buy more than I need to buy data with. This month alone I bought R330 worth of airtym just for 2GB worth of data. When I queried a statement with how I spent my airtym and data I was told via email that such a document can not be sourced by the IT department at vodacom. I am disappointed at the service and wont recommend the product for anyone.
