High Praise for Employee of Vodacom

It's a very rare occurrence where we as customers appreciate what agents and managers at Vodacom does and how professional some are. The following 2 people in particular I want to highlight whom is Zuziwe Mngadi that displayed such professionalism, calm Etiquette. A true leader amongst a group of people who actually showed real concern for my "rant" regarding my contract issue. Sometimes I wish what we say here can have a literal effect on someone as she has handled my situation as a leader should. I wish her a fruitful future in vodacom and surpass many. Her manager Louis Mqotyana deserves just as much respect as he was very professional and courteous and understood where I am coming from. Kudos to both of you!!!!!!
