High internet bill Ref no. S3-9JM3D-DECUH

Hello Peter

I got a Vodacom internet contract through Nashua Mobile over a year ago. When Nashua closed down Vodacom took the contract over. In August, I was shocked when I received a bill for R895.75 since my monthly subscription was only R169.00. The next month I received a bill for R1 167.83. I called their call centre numerous times without getting any help. I then sent a tweet to Vodacom support, and I have to give it to them, they respond quickly and they always follow up. They contacted the accounts department and someone called and tried to explain why my bill was high. My problem is that when I signed the contract with Nashua I told them to put a limit of R350.00, and Vodacom knew this because just before cancelling my contract, I was told I had reached my limit so my phone was soft locked. I had to buy 1 gigabyte to be able to use the internet again. Now they are telling me the limit doesn't always work. What's the point of having a limit if it doesn't work? Surely this can't be right. I wanted a limit because I knew R350 was all I could afford for internet. Now 2 months in a row my bill was over that and messed my budget up. Please help!

Thanks
