Hiding behind ineffectual customer service

For a month I have tried to get Vodacom to reverse *******ly deducted debit orders from my private bank account, their outsourced callcenter is utterly *********** and hides behind a smooth veneer of supposed effeciency, once you scratch the surface you quickly realise that their only job is to stonewall clients and tire them out to the point of resignation, as for action, solutions there is a 100% change of nothing happpening and no solutions being offered, yet this is the only way to communicate with Vodacom except standing in line at a shop where a salesman will only help you if you want to buy something otherwise you have not a hope in hell either. How to get sollutons from Vodacom, anybody out there please help.

Dear Vodacom still waiting for your response, a standard reply really does not cut it. But I don't expect anything else from you, after ready other posts on Hello Peter it is clear that my experience is the norm for Vodacom and that ***** complaints get stonewalled and not solved. So after 20 years with Vodacom I am saying Good Bye to you and all I can now do is warn as many people to not do debit orders with Vodacom, to expect ***** to happen when they deal with Vodacom and to expect pretend customer service. What an embarrassment of a company

So it seems this is how it works, HelloPeter as I have thought not effective at all, Vodacom plays the game with a quick Bot reply and then nothing, Vodacom does nothing and HelloPeter well really why the hell bother

Finally got a response from Vodacom, but guess what they made another mistake Sorry we paid the refund into the wrong account, but we are only human, everybody out there I would not trust Vodacom with my money, check your bank statements every time you deal with them - too many excuses of human error, we are so sorry, I am stopping any debit orders with Vodacom they are not to be trusted
