<p>Dear Vodacom,<br />I have received a new quotation number and a release number from Ephesia. This lady claims that she tried to call me back a month ago but I was unavailable and she did not deem it neccesary to call me back... apparently I will only get my phone in 2017. I am appalled! This is the WORST customer service ever! Today is day 32.</p>
