HELPLESS AGAINST VODACOM MAFIA

So, I complained 2 months ago about them *****ing my money. A guy phoned telling me they are not refunding and I must phone their cancelation line. I did. Last night another debit order for 3 x the amount went through. I do not use data because we have Wifi. What else must one do to get rid of these *******??? People please be warned!! You will never get rid of this mafia and there is NOTHING you can do!
