Helping themselves to my money/bank account

I called Vodacom to inform them that I recently started a new contract just only a week before moth end and although the consultant confirmed that the monies due would be pro rata until the 1st 9 as per the debit order for the other contract) I noticed days later that they had debited R 296,00 from my account which is even more than the full months account premiums of R 199, 00 per month. Consultant had the audacity to tell me that they would reimburse the overcharhes to me at the END of the TWO YEAR contract. Never have I heard of such ludicrus before. I should wait two years for a refund?! This is apart from the R 164, 00 which was charged to me on inception of the contract. I was also told that a further amount of R 407.50 would be debited from my account within the next day or two!! Both iphone buttons get stuck continuously, not allowing the phones to function during those periods. The charger for the first phone did not work, so the manager has loaned me his person one (black instead of white to match my phone), which is also faulty, with a promise of ordering a new charger for me, so as to swap. Months later, this has not happened. The phone received weeks ago does not wrk most of the time, citing " sim locked or sim error". Non disclosure of information goes against the Consumer Protection Act, which states that there should be total transparency when entering into contracts. The consulatnt did confirm pro rata unti the new month, so why am I being ******?
