Helping themselves to extra money from my account

I have a vodacom data contract for R199 pm which is now at the end of its term. (My account is always debited for slightly more than this). For July and August my account has suddenly been debited for R261. It seems that network providers always take more than they are entitled to when a contract comes to the end of its term. Strange customer retention policy.
