I would just like to say that Moddy Kwaaiman who works in the customer care division has gone out her way to correct my previous complaint on Hellopeter. I cant change the complaint to a compliment now so i have put this compliment on instead. <br> Moddy took the time to understand my issue and made sure that the problem at hand is resolved. It took some time to get resolved but she kept me informed of everything that was happening and made sure i was inconvenienced as little as possible during the number change. <br> Thank you Moddy, i hope Vodacom know what a asset you are to their organisation. This is how customer service should be.
