A person by the name of Brendon at Vodacom, constantia gave me brilliant service today. I don't normally go to Vodacom, constantia however today I was near there and needed to have my phone fixed. The person there Brendon took a real interest in my phone problem and discovered another possible problem with my phone besides the software problem, that my phone charger might also be faulty. He was very helpful.
